You can play the game in my website at http://fightclubreborn.tk/
A champion or a loser?
Do you care for your friends if they are down on their luck?
Do you trust an enemy of your enemy?
Whose advice can you depend on?
What are you willing to do to further your goals?
How far will you take your vengeance against those who hurt you?
How low are you willing to debase yourself in order to survive?
Are you willing to lose your humanity in order to triumph?
How will the world remember you?
It all depends on you, your choices dictate your future.
You control your fate.
You have a section for hints and walkthrough inside the game.
Outside of a few typing/programming errors here and there, and some phrases that need rephrasing, it was fairly 'ok'.
If the writing is refined a bit, and things made a bit less... 'mild', really... Then it would surely become quite interesting.
Tons of broken links, errors, and images that don't show up. Dead ends, and a random fight generator doesn't help either.
You're wrong, this small amount of content is not that linear. Yes, you do lose that first important match, so you do get humiliated (up to you how much) at first, but after that it's up to you how will you handle your comeback and the next fight. You do get a bit humiliated at the gym with having to wear something sexier, but as long as you do that you're allowed to train and you can definitely win the next match (and not just with one approach to it), you just have to be a bit cunning.
Looks nice with the pics, but the storyline REALLY SUCKS & for a CYOA type it's entirely deceptive because most of those type of games allow for choice (& actually follow what ye choose), but this game is pretty much linear & doesn't matter what choice ye make as it will go only one way (so basically it's just a question of which kind of humiliation ye want because ye will get it regardless of whether ye want it or not). I personally rank this as a 1 out of 10 just because of the pictures. With all the positive reviews i first thought it'd be a great game, but soon as i got into looking for a gym.. i understood that the reviews are from submissive people who don't know how to stand up. Very sad.
I've always enjoyed this game, but it's a tricky little sneak if you try to specialise your fighter as either a power specialist, glass cannon or mighty wall only to get nailed on your weakness.
Writing is good and engaging. Your main character can come across as either a firebrand or an oddly sympathetic woobie who's just down on her luck, with the situations you find yourself in being quite justified for "the seedy side of street fighting life."
Be aware though that it's mercilessly easy to hit a bad ending if you misread the situation or don't figure out the fighting system (rope-a-dope FTW). But stick with it and you'll find a gem.
