This game's story takes place in the "Mercynaries" storylines from Pip (http://sincomics.com).
After receiving free tickets to a sea cruise at work, Hank finds himself swept up in a five day adventure as a woman!
Featuring seven different endings based upon character play (and some randomization) as well as art
I suppose this could be an intereting game but overall I just found it confusing. The stat changes are nonintuitive and even after making a list of 25 playthroughs and tracking my stats and endings (which included 6 variations) I still don't get this game. How in the world does 1,47,9 get you the same ending as 35,13,7 and yet 4,1,15 and 1,1,15 which seem to be practically the same are different endings.
@bandit the two activities that drop personality most consistently seem to be the weights at the gym and bingo. You're right, not all the outcomes are intuitive, and you have to get them through purely through trial and error.
In other news, has anyone managed all 7 endings? I've managed to get 6 (SPOILERS:The 'normal' ending where you end up the housewife, the paramour ending, the revert to guy ending, the succubus, the robot, and the mermaid ending), but I can't seem to find the combination or actions which would trigger the 7th. Based on the themes i would guess that its the (Also kinda SPOILERS I guess) bimbo ending, but I haven't been able to find it.
Overall, a rather fun, quick romp, with odd, often unexpected outcomes and endings based around a simple but sweet structure.
It seems to be impossible to get the "Personality" stat down below around 10. Most things that one would think would decrease it have no effect, and some even have the reverse effect!
It is a statistic game. You choose the events and see your stat change ending in one of the endings.
Played through it a few times searching for erotic content, thinking maybe something would happen during one of the "dates" if I tried different patterns. The dates remained repetitive and seemingly inconsequential except for adding an option to the endings. The endings are also the only place I found erotic content, but it's barely more than implied. As for the story/choices themselves, basically what I learned is: women go out and do things; men drink whiskey, play computer, and watch T.V.
Sea Cruise has a lot of room for improvement.
